Roasted Lamb Shoulder

Combine ¼ cup olive oil with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic, a handful of coarsely chopped fresh rosemary and fresh mint. Rub mixture all over lamb shoulder and season with salt and pepper. Taste of the Karoo Venison Sirloin

Marinade venison sirloin in Taste Of the Karoo marinade for at least 2 hours before cooking. Heat griddle pan or fire until hot. Place sliced sirloin pieces (1cm thick) on to griddle and cook on high heat. Serve medium or rare with couscous.
