Pork - From traditional breakfast bangers, to crispy rashers on the braai, or loin chops laced with crackling and everything else in between (including eisbein) our farm raised pork has fast become a firm favorite. Try some and taste why!
We also have a limited range of acorn fed porkers as well as sucking pig, both of which need to be ordered in advance.
Cured meats - Our selection includes smoked kudu salamis, 18 month old prosciutto (made in his home by local Slow Food Chairman, Gordon Wright) and blesbok bresaola. We are currently experimenting with mutton.
